‘Bullsone Co., Ltd.’ (hereafter referred to as the ‘Company’ or ‘Bullsone’) has the following privacy policies according to the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information and rights of the users, and to handle the complaints of the users regarding their personal information. The Bullsone Privacy Policy includes the following details.

When collecting personal information, Bullsone provides the process of selecting 「Agree」 or 「Do not Agree」 on the notification for collecting the personal information according to the privacy policy, and when 「Agree」 is selected, it is considered that the personal information owner agrees to the collection and use of his / her personal information.

Bullsone collects only the minimum mandatory information for providing the adequate services to the customers, while and the personal information collected for providing customized services to the customers is collected based on the choice of the customers to do so. There are no restrictions to the use of services, even when the optional information is not completed.

Homemaker monitoring member recruitment and announcement - 4. Period of personal information possession and use

According to the law regulating the possession and use period of the personal information or personal information from the information entity, Bullsone may process and keep the personal information collected under consent within the period of possession and use.
Each period for personal information use and possession is as follows. -
A. Member subscription & management: Until the withdrawal from the membership
However, the period shall be extended until the termination of the relevant cause in the following case:
1) When an investigation / examination is in progress according to the violation of relevant Act and its derivative regulations, the period for possession and use shall remain until the termination of the relevant investigation and examination
2) When there are obligations and debts remaining from to the use of products / services by the member, the period for possession and use shall remain until the settlement of the relevant obligations and debts -
B. Provision of goods and services: Until the completion of goods and service supply, as well as payment and settlement
However, the period shall be extended until the termination of the relevant cause in the following case:
1) Records on the transaction such as contents and implementation of the contract according to the 「Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc.」

- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records on processing of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years - 5. Procedure and method of destroying personal information

A. Bullsone shall destroy the personal information with no delay when the relevant personal information is no longer necessary due to the elapsed period of the personal information possession and the purpose accomplishment of the personal information processing.
B. In the case of having to extend the preservation of the personal information according to other laws, even though the personal information possession period agreed by the owner of the information has passed or the purpose of processing the personal information has been accomplished, the relevant personal information must be transferred to the separate database (DB) or the storage location must be changed for preservation.
C. The procedure and method of destroying the personal information are as follows.
1) Procedure of Destruction
Bullsone shall select the personal information relevant for destruction, and obtain approval from the Bullsone Chief Privacy Officer to destroy the personal information.
2) Method of Destruction
Bullsone shall destroy the personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic file by using method such as low-level format to prevent reproduction of the records, while the personal information recorded and stored as paper documents shall be shredded with a paper shredder or incinerated for destruction. - 6. - 7. Matters regarding installation, operation and refusal of the automatic collection system on the personal information

Bullsone may install and operate the cookie for storing and randomly searching the customer information through the provided internet service. Cookie refers to the string information that the web server sends and saves on the web browser to be sent back to the server when there is additional request from the server. When the customer access to the Bullsone official website or the online shopping mall, Bullsone reads the cookie contents in the customer browser, and search for additional information to provide services for the customer with no additional input, such as name according to the access.

A. Purpose of using cookie
1) The Company uses the ‘Cookie’ for saving and randomly searching the information on the user to provide the customized service. Cookie is the small amount of information that the website server transmits to the browser of the user, and the cookies are saved in the hard disk of the user’s computer.
2) The Company can provide the specified custom service by using the cookie only.
3) The Company may use the cookie to identify the member and to maintain the login state of the member.
B. Cookie installation/operation and refusal
1) User has the right whether to install the cookie or not. Therefore, user can set the option in the web browser menu to permit/refuse all cookies, or confirm the permit/refusal option on saving the cookie each time.

2) When the cookie storage is refused, the use of services provided by the Company such as customized service may not be used partially. - 8. Exercising the rights and obligations for the entity owning the personal information

A. The entity owning the personal information may exercise the rights related to the personal information protection specified in each number below at all times to the Company.
1) Request for reading the personal information
2) Request for correction when there are errors in the personal information
3) Request for deletion
4) Request for suspension of processing
B. The exercise of rights according to point A can be done through written document, telephone, e-mail and fax addressed to the Company. The Company shall handle the request with no delay.
C. When the entity owning the personal information requests for correction of the errors or deletion of the personal information, the Company shall not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.
D. The customer may exercise the rights according to point A through the representative, such as the legal representative or the consignee. In this case, the power of attorney according to the Annex Form No. 11 in the Enforcement Regulation in the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.
E. The entity owning the personal information may not violate the relevant Act and derivative regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, to intrude with the personal information and privacy of his / her own or others’ information processed by the Company. - 9. Matters on measures for securing the safety

The Company is taking the following measures to secure the safety of the personal information.
1) Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plan, and periodic employee training, etc.
2) Technical measures: Access right management such as personal information processing system, installation of the access control system, encryption of the unique identification number and installation of the security program
