• Chapter 1 General Provisions
• Article 1 (Purpose)

  The purpose of providing the Terms of Service is to define the matters on use condition and procedures of the web service (hereafter referred to as the ”service”) provided by Bullsone Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”).

• Article 2 (Effectiveness & Modification of the Terms)

• • he Terms of Service are effective to all users using this service.
  • The contents of the Terms of Service are posted on the screen of the services partially or through other methods to take effect.
  • The Terms of Service may be modified randomly when there are significant causes in operation or business, and the modified Terms of Service are communicated through the method specified in Section 2 in this Article to take effect.

• Article 3 (Regulations Other Than the Terms of Service)

  Matters not specified in this Terms of Service are applied according laws including the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act and Act on Promotion of Use on Telecommunications Network, and other relevant laws and guidelines set separately by the Company.

• Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

  (1) “User” refers to the person receiving the services provided by the Company according to this Terms of Service by accessing the website operated by the Company.
  (2) “Authentication Service” is the service that can be used only by passing through authentication.
  (3) “Authentication” verifies the match with the actual user, and is performed through separate identity verification process. Authentication can be performed through i-PIN (Internet Personal Identification Number), mobile phone and accredited certificate, etc.
  (4) “Personal Information” is the information on the individual using the services, and the information used to identify the individual with the relevant information (Even if the specific individual cannot be identified with the relevant information, it includes identifying the individual by conveniently combining other information).

• Chapter 2 Use & Restriction of the Services
• Article 5 (Use of Services)

  (1) Application by the user on the service use is considered as agreement to this Terms of Service, and the service use contract according to this Terms of Service is valid when the user applies for the use of the services. However, the user may withdraw the agreement on this Terms of Service at all times.
  (2) In principle, the services can be used throughout the year unless there is a special business occasion or technical issues in the Company.
  (3) In the case of occurring with causes that may result in difficulty of providing the services normally due to the inspection, maintenance, exchange, failure and disconnection of the telecommunication system or due to violating this Terms of Service, the services may be discontinued temporarily.
  (4) When the service is discontinued due to the reasons specified in Section 3, the Company shall notify the users with relevant details through the service screen. However, this is not the case when the service is discontinued due to the reasons beyond by the Company’s control, and when the notification through the service screen is not possible.
  (5) Basically, the services provided by the Company are free of charge. However, this may not be the case for services that are specifically mentioned as available for an amount of fee.

• Article 6 Restriction of Service Use

• (1) The Company may not provide the services in the following case.
  A. When the user uses another person’s name in authentication, or when using other illegal methods such as registering false information, etc.
  B. When the user tries to use the service for the purpose of profit
  C. When the use of service is applied for the purpose violating the law or disrupting public order or morals
  D. When the user tries to use the service for illegal purpose
  E. When the user violates the overall matters defined in this Terms of Service, or when it is difficult to approve the use due to the reasons attributable to the user
  (2) For the services that require authentications, the personal information for the authentication must be provided by the user in order to use the service.

• Article 7 Collection and Use of Personal Information, etc.

• (1) In principle, the Company does not collect and use the personal information of the users, and collect only the minimum amount of information required for providing the authentication service. However, the Company may operate the automatic collection system of internet access information file (Cookie Information) for convenience in website access by the user, and the user can block the collection of Cookie Information by the Company by changing the computer setting.
  (2) When the Company tries to collect the personal information of the user, user must provide consent.
  (3) The user may request to read and correct the errors on one’s personal information collected by the Company at all times, and the company has the obligation to take necessary measures with no delay.
  (4) Other matters related to the personal information shall follow the relevant laws, including the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information, and Personal Information Protection Act, as well as the Privacy Policy posted in the Company’s service screen.

• Article 8 Attribution of the Copyright and Limitation in Use

• (1) The copyright on the works provided by the Company and other intellectual property rights are attributed to the Company.
  (2) The information obtained by using the service provided by the Company shall not be used for profit by duplication, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting and other methods without prior approval by the Company, and use by the third party is strictly prohibited.

• Article 9 Suspension of Service Use

• (1) In the case where the user conducts the following act, the Company may suspend the service use by setting considerable amount of period.
  A. When performing the act that are against public order or morals
  B. When related to criminal act
  C. When the service use is planned or implemented for the purpose of hindering the national interests or public interests of the society
  D. When expropriating the personal information such as the authentication information of others
  E. When damaging the honor of other or giving disadvantages
  F. When hindering the health use such as doing harm to the service
  G. When violating other relevant laws or this Terms of Service
  (2) When the Company considers to suspend the service use, the reason, date and period must be set to be notified to the relevant user or representative through the methods including written form (including e-document) or phone etc. However, the service use may be suspended without the above notification when its urgency is acknowledged.

• Article 10 Release of the Suspension on the Service Use

• (1) The user or representative notified of suspension on the service use according to the regulations specified in the previous Article can apply for formal objection on the suspension of service use.
  (2) The Company can release suspension of service use measures immediately when the cause of use suspension has been verified as resolved.

• Chapter 3 Duties and Responsibilities
• Article 11 Duties of the Company

• (1) The Company has the duty to provide the service continuously and stably according to the provisions set in this Terms of Service.
  (2) Opinions proposed by the user in a designated process must be handled through appropriate procedure, and if certain period of time is required, the reason and schedule must be notified to the user.

• Article 12 Duties of the User

• (1) The user is responsible for the management of the information (for example, i-PIN ID and password, and accredited certificate password) and system that can be used in authentication, and the Company does not hold any responsibility on the losses that are occurred due to the reasons attributable to the user.
  (2) The user must notify the Company when acknowledging the fact that the personal information used in authentication is stolen, or when a third party is using the relevant information.
  (3) The user must follow the provisions defined in this Terms of Service and relevant Acts and derivative regulations, and the following matters are prohibited.
  A. Use of other person’s name on authentication or other illegal methods such as registering false information, etc.
  B. Random changes in the information posted on the website operated by the Company
  C. Transmission or posting the information that is not approved by the Company
  D. Infringement of intellectual property right such as the copyright of the Company or other third party, etc.
  E. Act of damaging the honor of the Company or other third party, or intruding with the work
  F. Disclosure or posting information that are indecent or with violent message, and video or audio that are against public order and morals

• Article 13 Compensation for Damages

• The Company and the user must compensate for the damages when causing damage to the other party intentionally or by mistake regarding the use of the service. However, regarding the use of service provided free of charge, the Company does not hold any responsibilities on the damages occurred if the contents set in the privacy policy are not violated.

• Article 14 Exemption Provisions

• (1) The Company is exempted from the responsibility on providing the service when it is not possible due to matters related to Force Majeure such as natural disaster, etc.
  (2) The Company does not hold any responsibilities on the inconveniences in service use due to the reasons attributable to the user.
  (3) The Company does not hold any responsibilities on the user using the service to lose the expected profit, or on the damages from the data obtained through the service.
  (4) The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the information, data and fact posted by the user on the service.
  (5) Among the damages occurred to the user regarding the service use, the Company does not hold any responsibilities on the damages that are intentional made or by mistake of the user.
  (6) The Company is exempted from the responsibility on the damages that are occurred from inevitable causes such as service facility maintenance, exchange, periodic inspection and construction, etc.
  (7) The Company is not responsible for the damages occurred from the computer error of the user, or when the user inputted insufficient personal information when using the authentication services, which cause damages.

• Chapter 4 General Matters
• Article 15 User Post Management

• The Company may delete the contents posted or registered by the user without any prior notice when they are considered to be relevant to the following matters.
  (1) When posting advertisements and promotional materials that are not approved by the Company such as spam, and when the contents are irrelevant to the service
  (2) When there are slandering or scheming to damage the honor of the Company, other users, or a third party
  (3) Contents that violate the public order and morals
  (4) Contents that are acknowledged to be complying with the criminal act
  (5) Contents that are relevant to infringement of rights such as the copyright of others
  (6) Contents that are in violation of the other relevant Acts and derivative regulations or this Terms of Service

• Article 16 Notification and Providing Information to the User

• (1) The Company may use e-mail or text message to the address and mobile phone number that was provided by the relevant user, when notifying to the authentication service users
  (2) In the case of the notification to many and unspecified users, the Company may use the method of posting in the notice board for more than 1 week.
  (3) The Company may provide various information acknowledged to be required in using the relevant service to the authentication service users through the methods of e-mail, SMS and telephone, etc.

• Article 17 Partial Invalidation

• When partial regulations in this Terms of Service are invalid according to the relevant Acts and Subordinate Statutes, the effectiveness of this Terms of Service is maintained unless it is not possible to accomplish the purpose with the remaining regulations, or unless it is unfair to the users.

• Article 18 Court of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

• (1) The competent court of the trial regarding the dispute occurred between the Company and the service use shall be the court of the Republic of Korea, having jurisdiction according to the Civil Procedure Code, and the applicable law shall be the laws of Republic of Korea.
  
  (Supplementary Provisions)
  1. The Terms of Service are effective from May 23, 2019.
