It is a chemical product, and does not have special expiration date. However, the normal expiration period is 5 years.

The spray chain uses resin from trees as its ingredient, so it would not be easily removed by using general washer.

For safe removal, we recommend using Bullsone Sticker & Tar Cleaner.

However, if the stain is hardened and could not removed by using the Bullsone Sticker & Tar Cleaner, there is a method of using alkaline cleaning agent. 

The stain can be removed by repeating the process of spraying the alkaline cleaning agent, leaving it on for a moment, and wiping out the stain.

But be very cautious, because when the cleaning agent is not removed properly after using the alkaline cleaning agent on the coating surface, there are risks of discoloration. 

The spray chain temporarily helps preventing the vehicle from sliding in snowy roads. But when there is heavy rain or driving for a long period of time, the snow chain must be mounted.

Bullsone Spray Chain is a product that can be used when it is difficult to mount the snow chain or when the snow tire is not mounted, and it is convenient when driving in short distances.

The demister forms a coating film on the glass surface for demister effect, but the coating film may be damaged by wiping strongly to reduce the demister effect, so caution must be taken.

In addition, if the type of the towel is microfiber cloth, the content may not be applied to the glass and absorbed to the microfiber cloth. Therefore, the effect may be reduced from inappropriate application.

Accordingly, we recommend to apply the Demister Foam product and wipe the surface smoothly as if wiping the dust gently.

The product may have effect on the window tinting depending on the type or deterioration state, so the product must be used locally on the window tinting to check for any problems before overall use.

There is an aerosol-type RainOk Anti Fog Foam for convenient use, a trigger-type RainOk Anti  Fog Spray washing and demister effect at the same time, and convenient tissue-type RainOk Anti Fog Tissue.

The relevant noise may be due to the following reasons.

First, it can be due to using the RainOK Water Repellent Coating product while the glass surface is seriously contaminated. 

In this case, Oil Film Remover can be used to remove the oil film from the glass surface to use the RainOK Water Repellent Coating again.

Second, the wiper may be degraded. If this is the case, please change the wiper.

The product for side mirror has more outstanding water repellency than the glass water repellent coating product, and was developed exclusively for the side mirror to have the advantage of water bouncing out even without wind.

Before using the product, stain or dust on the glass surface must be removed and dried completely.

The effective duration of the water-repellent coating products may vary depending on the environment, but coating by RainOk Extreme Rain Repellent lasts for about 6 months.
